Carrot Cake Pops

These were not my favorite to make.  I made them because someone at work requested them.  I used standard carrot cake mix blended with cream cheese frosting, coated with White candy coating and orange colored sanding sugar.  Carrot cake, along with Red Velvet cake, can get VERY oily/greasy, so, as per my Top 4 Tips, I only used 2 tbsp. of vegetable oil when baking the cake. People at work liked them, but again, not my favorite.
